Gallorose Park
Only 20 minutes by car and you can visit a wildlife centre called Gallorose Park which is a farming company which offers children the possibility to visit the farm and its numerous animal species. The park was in fact established in 2001 for all those who love visiting animals such as parrots, monkeys, wildebeests, zebras, camels, kangaroos and much more, not to mention native species including the Mucca Pisana cow, Cinta Senese pigs, the Monterufoli horse and Somari Amiatini donkeys. There are an impressive 180 different races along a 3 kilometre path. The wildlife centre also has a restaurant service where you can taste traditional Tuscan dishes, typical of farming culture.
